Our most popular class combining strength, CV fitness and Boxing. Aimed at both Male & Female, this intense workout consists of Padwork, Skipping, Upper/Lower body circuit, Abs and Bagwork which will improve strength, speed, agility, coordination and aid weight loss (up to 500 calories per session)
Using high intensity interval training (HIIT) Boxing will burn more calories during and after a workout than continuous aerobic training. 24 rounds of 1 minute intervals of work with 15 seconds rest including Pads, shuttle sprints, bag work mixed with fast-paced exercises.
This workout is more efficient and will achieve the same if not greater results in half the time of low-intensity longer duration workout sessions.
Every round consists of a 4 minute workout which includes a one minute combination punching on the bag followed by one minute bodyweight exercise repeated.
