BOXCIRCUITS

Our most popular class combining strength, CV fitness and Boxing. Aimed at both Male & Female, this intense workout consists of Padwork, Skipping, Upper/Lower body circuit, Abs and Bagwork which will improve strength, speed, agility, coordination and aid weight loss (up to 500 calories per session)

BOXFIT

Our New Mixed Boxing & Fitness class. Combines padwork, skipping Upper/Lower body circuit and bags. Punch the stresses away with this perfect Bums, tums & thighs workout

hiit boxing

Using high intensity interval training (HIIT) Boxing will burn more calories during and after a workout than continuous aerobic training. 24 rounds of 1 minute intervals of work with 15 seconds rest including Pads, shuttle sprints, bag work mixed with fast-paced exercises.

This workout is more efficient and will achieve the same if not greater results in half the time of low-intensity longer duration workout sessions.

STRENGTH &
CONDITIONING

Our 45 minute strength & conditioning class combines weight training and bodyweight exercises focusing on increasing muscle mass, definition and strength.

40x 1 minute rounds, each round consisting of Skipping, Bags, Abs & Legs. NOT for the faint

bag circuits

This 8 round class is one of our most physically challenging classes yet.
Every round consists of a 4 minute workout which includes a one minute combination punching on the bag followed by one minute bodyweight exercise repeated.
Each round has a different combination and different exercise so stay alert and don’t give up!

teen boxcircuits

Our most popular circuit class, designed for 11-15-year-olds consisting of Circuits, Bagwork, Skipping and Abs.
Improving confidence, fitness, strength, speed, balance and
focus whilst learning the skills of boxing without taking a punch!

the breakfast club

Our morning mash up class combining 3 of Bells most popular classes rolled into 1. In this 45 minute workout you’ll get a splash of Boxfit, a sprinkling of Bagcircuits topped off with a dash of HIIT. Guaranteed to leave you satisfied, you’ll get your fill at The Breakfast Club.
