Bells White Collar Boxing
Train to get fighting fit and improve technique in this hour long intense class aimed for white collar enthusiasts and hardcore gym goers.
Each discipline based on a White Collar bout of 3x 2 minute rounds which include Shadow Boxing, Weights, Bagwork and Skipping.
This 6 round class is one of our most physically challenging classes yet.
Every round consists of
a 4 minute workout which includes a one minute
combination punching on the bag followed by one
minute bodyweight exercise repeated.
